The Dance Integrated Healing Method

The Dance Integrated Healing method is an evidence-based approach that combines neuroscience, psychology, and the positive effects of dance on the brain, body, and mind. Its flexible, gentle guided improvisation design makes it accessible for everyone, including those with limited mobility.

Rooted in the belief that dance is innate to all, this method incorporates elements of dance therapy and emphasizes the healing aspects of dance, such as:

Additionally, it integrates related practices like somatics, breathwork, and dynamic meditation, fostering creativity, expression, cognition, healing, and transcendence.

By blending modern science and ancient wisdom, the Dance Integrated Healing method aims to create an integrated self, addressing physical and mental imbalances. It is a synthesis of purposeful, intuitive practices where the body guides the dance, enabling a deep connection to movement.
